  • Watching: Our Great Yorkshire Life - This is another one of those great nonfiction shows that take us around an area of the UK, checking out the scenery and talking to interesting locals as they go. With 20 episodes and a wide variety of sites and topics, there's a bit of something for everyone - including York (home to the new crime series Patience), a trip to Anne Lister's home (Gentleman Jack), and an episode in Thornton (home to the Bronte sisters).
  • Reading: Death at the White Hart by Chris Chibnall - Broadchurch creator Chris Chibnall has turned to fiction, bringing us another solid mystery about murder and dark secrets in a gorgeous coastal village. And the best part? They're already working on an ITV adaptation.

SS-GB - 2017 - In this alternate-history thriller, Britain has surrendered to Nazi Germany, and Scotland Yard detective Douglas Archer (Sam Riley) must serve under the SS while secretly aiding the resistance.
